New Haven Public Schools Family Youth and Engagement in collaboration with The Iota Chi Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho, and the CT Men's Conference, will host Reset & Refocus: A Men's Wellness Day, a free community event focused on men's health, wellness, and personal growth. The event will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at King Robinson School. Open to men ages 18 and older, the program is designed to provide a supportive space for meaningful conversations around mental wellness, stress management, and self-development.
